Refund policy
If the pack isn't what you expected, we refund without questions — email pagamentos@claimpack.pt within 14 days of payment. The Portuguese statutory right of withdrawal (DL 24/2014 art. 10) also applies.
VAT and payment
Payment processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc., DBA Polar.sh) — our Merchant of Record for Portugal. They charge and remit Portuguese VAT to the Portuguese state; you receive a personal invoice.
